The Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of Delivery and Government Efficiency Mr. Eliud Owalo accompanied by NG-CDF Board Chair Hon. Olago Aluoch, CBS in the presence of NG-CDF Board CEO Yusuf Mbuno today graced the ground breaking and laying of foundation stone for the proposed construction and equipping of a police station and fencing of one acre piece of land designated for the police station at Riat Kolemo in Rarieda constituency funded by

NG-CDF Board under the Best Practice Demonstration Program (BPDP).

The institution was proposed through a community public participation to cure occasioned insecurity in the area and also serve the Riat Kolemo public Market.

The proposed police station is aimed at enhancing security within the area and its surroundings, protecting the lives and property of residents, ensuring access to justice, and promoting peaceful coexistence in Riat Kolemo and the wider Rarieda Constituency.
