The event, championed by area Member of Parliament Honourable Manduku Daniel Ogwoka, brought together students, educators, and local leaders to celebrate academic excellence and reaffirm the community’s dedication to quality education. The Cabinet Secretary for Education, Julius Migos Ogamba, also graced the occasion, alongside other distinguished guests from the education sector and government.

Highlights of the day included:

• Issuance of a bursary cheque worth 62 million shillings by NG-CDF to support needy students

• A site visit to a Junior Secondary School (JSS) project funded by the NG-CDF

• Recognition of the top 10 performing students across the constituency

• Awards to the top 5 primary and secondary schools

• Cash rewards presented to outstanding secondary schools

• Tree planting to support environmental conservation
