The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Board is holding an induction workshop for newly appointed Directors at the Pride-Inn Paradise Beach Resort, Convention Centre & Spa, Mombasa from 23rd-27th October, 2023.

The Board recently received three new Board Directors following their appointment through Gazette notice vol. CXXV- No.221 dated 5th October 2023: Hon. John Olago Aluoch, CBS, Ms. Janet Teyiaa, and Ms.Masitsa Naomi Shiyonga. The induction is designed to provide the Board Directors with the information they need to carry out their duties and responsibilities well.

The induction will cover a wide range of topics, including an overview of the NG-CDF Board, its role in the development of the country, Fourth Medium Term Plan (MTP IV) 2023 – 2027 the NG-CDF Act and its regulations, and corporate governance. The induction will also provide the new Directors with an opportunity to interact with the existing Board Directors and management team, and to learn more about the Fund’s culture and operations.
