KAKAMEGA FOREST TREE PLANTING

NG-CDF board joined the Kakamega Forest Heritage Foundation today for the Annual Tree Planting Day in Vikoshe, Kakamega Forest. Together, we planted indigenous trees on 20 acres , supporting ongoing efforts to restore Kenya’s only tropical rainforest.

Through the 5% climate allocation provided for in the revised NG-CDF Act,we continue to back local initiatives focused on afforestation, water catchment protection, and community-led.
