We continue to demonstrate best practices in project implementation, as provided for in Section 16 (f) of the NGCDF Act (Amendment) 2023.

Together with our Directors, Hon. Gabriel Kago, Director Maria Lekoloto, CEO Yusuf Mbuno, Dagoretti Area Member of Parliament, Hon. Beatrice Elachi, and other distinguished guests, we officially launched the groundbreaking ceremony for a proposed new 600-capacity multipurpose hall at Lavington Girls’ Secondary School in Dagoretti North Constituency.

The multipurpose hall, funded under the Board’s Best Practice Demonstration Programme (BPDP), will provide much-needed infrastructure in the school. For years, students have endured dining under trees and in classrooms, while assemblies were held in cramped spaces.

Once completed, the project will provide a modern, versatile space for meals, extracurricular activities, and other school events.
Dagoretti North Constituency has also benefited from this program through the construction and equipping of a 45-student capacity science laboratory at Gatina Primary School.
